potassium, anyone?

I got my super duper new flash in yesterday. It honestly scares me to death, so I have been pestering my fruits today- trying to get the hang of it.

hypersaturated kate and Adobe Lightroom

I am falling more in love with digital photography as the days go by. I recently discovered Adobe Lightroom, a free (for now) download, and I just love it. You can process RAW images. wonderful. And of course your JPEG images, too. These are some shots of the Stewart girls. You can see on earlier posts the more traditional post processing shots. These, I have been playing around with on Lightroom, and I love the hypersaturation. So many directions one little picture can go.

this might not mean very much to people, but I have started shooting in RAW mode, which basically means I can manipulate everything about the photo from my "digital" darkroom. The image quality is alot better, and there is much more freedom to manipulate photos to your creative liking. for example...look at the two pictures of my berry wreath. there were taken seconds apart, totally different picture. oh, how I love freedom.
